About the Work

In partnership with the Marketing and Communications team, managed the lazoo.org website and provided day-to-day design and technical support for the organization. The engagement started with a discovery process, which included interviews from the leadership, marketing, membership, fundraising, and animal care teams. Led the complete overhaul of the existing site, updating the design and codebase to lay the foundations for a new features roadmap. Guided digital platform implementation and partnered with the content and creative team to create a roadmap for the zoo’s web presence. Throughout a couple of months, the entire site content was mapped, re-strategized, and re-imagined for the new website.
